Meet Taylor and John. When they first reached out to me, I was so excited. Knowing their family and having Taylor's mom personally recommend me made me feel so welcomed to be apart of this journey with them.
When you meet them you can feel their love for each other. It's that kind of love that is effortless, easy, and contagious. The kind you want to be around and celebrate, and that's just what we did!
On October 8, 2022, I headed to Wren's Roost Wedding and Event Barn in Naples, NY. The venue sits overlooking the beautiful Finger Lakes region with views you only dream about. It was a picture-perfect Fall day. Sunny, no wind and just cold enough to want to wear a jacket. Our Event Associate, Mary, joined me to help with set up and turning over the food.
We got right to work making sure tables were in the correct spot, the kegs were tapped, decorations were out, the appetizer table was designed, food was on track, picking up floral pedal from the ground that had been left from the previous wedding, ensuring vendors had everything they needed, and everything in between.
The ceremony started at 3:30 PM right behind the barn with the view of the orange, red and golden leaves setting the perfect backdrop. Guests arrived, grabbing a drink before the ceremony started. You could smell the BBQ cooking as it floated across the hills giving the guests a mere glimpse of the dinner to be had.
It was go time. The moment everyone was waiting for. We organized the bridal party in the barn, reminding them of what to do and where to go. The party was ready, the DJ cued the music, and I led the charge by dismissing each member of the party down the aisle.
Then, the bride. She was sure of what was to happen but needed a moment to take in this moment. This moment we all hope to have. Ready to meet your person at the end of the walk promising forever. Taylor made the walk and there was not one person who wasn't sure that she was made for John and John made for her.
You can say the rest was history. We had an amazing evening celebrating Mr. and Mrs. Quinn in the rustic venue sitting on the edge of heaven. Guests loved the food, music and just being with each other.

"Sierra and her team helped make our wedding day run smoothly! My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! She listens, is patient, organized, and professional. She took time out of her busy schedule to tour the venue with us, put together an event flow, and was the point of contact for our vendors. She goes above and beyond and caught things we never would have, like picking up flower petals from the wedding before!
