Tips for Budgeting For You're Wedding

Wedding budget, the conversation people don’t like talking about. The reality is weddings are not cheap, even if you're trying to do it on the less expensive side. The key is to be realistic in what you can afford and what you are willing to sacrifice to make your day happen.

Here are some helpful tips to budget for your wedding:

• Start with your non-negotiable. Maybe it’s a special venue, real flowers, a special dress or traditions.

• What can you save after all bills are paid at the end of each month? This will give you a starting point on how much you have to spend. You can even open up a separate account that is just for wedding funds! Pay vendors directly from it.

• Can you have a long engagement? More time you have to save!
